About

Hello! I’m an audio producer and artist working on Wangal Gadigal Land (Sydney.) I’ve created work for ABC Radio National, UTS Impact Studios, Scitech, Transom and elsewhere.

For two year I worked at FBi Radio as Production Manager of national radio show and podcast, All The Best. As Production Manager, I co-ran the program overseeing the unique curation of documentary, personal essay and sound art featured on the show.

In 2023 I was an artist in residence at UnionDocs Centre for Documentary Art in New York where I was lucky enough to learn from some of the best producers around and work on a a collaborative live-storytelling project.

Recently, my work, ‘But I’m A Virgo’ was featured by US-based radio showcase, Transom. ‘But I’m A Virgo’ combines memories, phone calls and archival VHS tape to unravel my experience of growing up Autistic.

Having benefited greatly from the kindness and encouragement of others, I’m passionate about supporting emerging audio-makers and am a mentor in the CMTO’s Audio Ability Program which aims to increase opportunities for young people with disabilities in community radio.

As well as practicing as an audio producer, I’m also interested in the theory of audio storytelling and work as a casual academic at the University of Sydney, where I teach Podcasting and Advanced Audio Project.

I view audio documentary as an art form and am committed to honing my craft by always experimenting, learning and listening closely. I’m interested in approaches to audio storytelling that don’t view “content” purely as a commodity. But rather rooting my work in community and creativity. If this resonates with you and you’d like to work together or discuss a project please reach out ~
